Men's Basketball League
In order for the league to happen, we need a minimum of six teams. Max for the fall is 8 teams. We will only accept an even number of teams. If we have 7 teams, the first six teams with payment of at least 7 players paid, will be chosen.
The minimum number of players per team is 7. The Maximum number of players per team is 12.
Players must be at least 18 yrs old to register. Although registration is on an individual basis, you must be part of a team to register. We are NOT ACCEPTING FREE AGENTS OR THOSE NOT AFFILIATED WITH A TEAM!!!
Register opens June 1st and ends on Monday August 3rd.
$170 per person.
8 games plus playoffs. All games on Tuesday evenings, beginning September 8th.
No refunds once league has started.

Players 18yrs & older
1) Game Format
Each game will consist of two 20-minute halves using a running clock. The clock will stop during the final 3 minutes of each half. Halftime will last 3 minutes.
2) Player Fouls
Any player who commits 6 personal fouls will be removed from the remainder of the game.
3) Team Fouls / Bonus Free Throws
Teams enter the one-and-one bonus on the 7th team foul of each half. Double bonus begins on the 10th team foul. Players may enter the lane once the shooter releases the ball on foul shots.
4) Team Rosters & Minimum Players
Teams may begin play with a minimum of 4 players on the court. Rosters may carry up to 12 players, with a minimum roster requirement of 7 players.
5) Forfeit Policy / Standings
Any game decided by forfeit will be recorded as a 15-point victory for the non-forfeiting team.
6) Officiating Standards
Officials are instructed to maintain consistent game control and enforce rules closely to ensure player safety and sportsmanship.
7) Sportsmanship Expectations
All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to display respectful and professional behavior at all times. Patterson Recreation reserves the right to remove or suspend any participant whose conduct is considered inappropriate or detrimental to the league environment.
8) Fighting & Physical Altercations
Any participant involved in a fight will be immediately ejected from the facility and suspended for the following game. A second offense will result in removal from the league for the remainder of the season, including playoffs.
9) Unsportsmanlike or Abusive Language
Profanity, verbal abuse, or disrespect toward officials, staff, or other players will not be tolerated. Violators will be ejected and suspended for the next scheduled game. Repeated offenses may lead to season-long removal from league participation.
10) Timeouts
Each team will receive 3 full timeouts per game. One additional timeout will be granted during overtime periods.
11) Game Start & Warm-Ups
Games must begin at their scheduled start times. If the court is available beforehand, teams will be allowed a 5-minute warm-up period. Teams not ready to play within 10 minutes of scheduled game time may forfeit the contest.
